We seek to obtain a pardon for Ameen Alai, a causality of big pharma's war on cures. Not only did big pharma bring us oxycontin addictions. The same company which made oxycontin, hold the only fda approved medicine for treating its addiction. These addictions often affect not only the addict, but the families as well. Once the scripts ran out people turned to other opioids on the street. This emboldens gangs, and cartels. If one seeks help from their addiction, they must go to foreign lands to seek ibogaine treatments. Once ibogaine research was set to begin in the us, big pharma saw this as a threat. We hope to increase awareness of these life saving treatments, as well as make safe clinics with medical care a possibility.
